Sign Of Pregnancy

The sign of pregnancy is not the same in every woman. One of the surest indications of pregnancy is a missed period. There are many symptoms that crop up even before your menstruation date arrives. If you are aware of them, you need not wait anxiously for your period date to know about your pregnancy. Let's take a look at the various indications of the good news.

Recognizing The Sign Of Pregnancy

Feel your breasts. Do they feel tender or painful? If yes, then you may be pregnant! This happens a week or two after conception. Next, if you complain of extreme tiredness at the end of the day, you should sit up and take notice. Your body starts working harder during pregnancy, as it is preparing for the development of the embryo. Some women any feel dizzy or even faint. This is normal. Just take some rest and you will feel better.

One of the biggest sign of pregnancy is nausea with or without vomiting. This is called "morning sickness." The name is misleading, as you can get sick any time of the day. Foods such as coffee, milk or milk products, and spicy dishes may trigger nausea. Sometimes, the sight of your favorite food may make you to throw up! As your sense of smell increases, even perfumes and common household odors may make you sick. If such things are happening to you, then you ARE pregnant!

Do Not Worry Unnecessarily

Some women get worried and rush to their doctor at the sight of spotting in their panties. This is normal and nothing to worry about as long as it is light bleeding. This happens when the fertilized egg gets implanted in the uterine lining. The implantation occurs after 6-12 days after you have conceived. You may also feel cramps, which are similar to menstrual cramps. Although it is a sign of pregnancy, many women mistake it to be the onset of menstruation. But when you get cramps and don't get your period, then it's time to go for a pregnancy test.

It's high time to start writing a pregnancy journal. This will relive you of the stress and make you feel light at heart, as you pour your feelings in it. A journal is the best way to capture each moment of your pregnancy, symptoms and all, and cherish it forever. Apart from this, keeping track of your pregnancy week by week will prevent you from worrying unnecessarily and feeling relaxed throughout. Do not keep yourself ignorant. Visit your doctor regularly and know everything you can about pregnancy. After all, it is the most valuable phase of your life!
