Pregnancy Symptom

Before you go to your doctor for a pregnancy test, your body starts showing pregnancy symptom. If you are alert about the early sign of pregnancy and recognize it, you can prevent those anxious moments of thinking whether you are pregnant or not. So, become aware of your body. Your awareness will help you a lot in your pregnancy.

Listen To Your Body

As soon as your body realizes that a new life starting to develop inside, it starts giving out indications, which we call pregnancy symptom. The hormones start doing their work dutifully. Your breasts become tender, as it gets the order for preparing for breastfeeding. If it's your first pregnancy, you may feel a little pain around your nipples. You begin to feel unusually tired, as your body is telling you to catch as much sleep as you can before you get busy with changing nappies!

The biggest and the surest sign of pregnancy is a missed period. Most of the women carry out a pregnancy test after this. You may notice slight bleeding or spotting in your panties, which is nothing to worry about. This happens a day or two before your period date as a result of the implantation of fertilized egg in the uterine lining. So, the embryo is all set to start its journey towards becoming a cute little baby!

Some More Symptoms To Consider

A pregnancy symptom may vary from woman to woman. Some of you might experience intense headaches while others may get backaches. Constipation is also a common pregnancy symptom. It happens due to the pressure put by the expanding uterus and the hormonal changes. In addition to this, you will find that your appetite has doubled! This is because your body needs extra nourishment for the growing fetus. This is the time when you need to be careful about what you eat. Indulge in a more nutritious diet and drop junk food. Also, cut down on your intake of caffeine, cigarettes, and alcohol. You don't want to harm your baby, do you?

If you keep a weekly pregnancy calendar, you can be aware of the onset of symptoms, their intensities, and disappearance acts. Remember; ignorance is not bliss here. The more you are informed, the less scary the whole thing will look. Nowadays, moms-to-be keep track of their pregnancy week by week. This helps them to avoid unnecessary fears and brings them closer to their bundle of joy growing inside them. Besides this, be prepared for the swinging moods. You have to learn to deal with them. Do not let it affect your happiness. A depressing attitude is a big NO! Remember; a happy mother delivers a healthy child. So, give a big smile and start preparing for momdom!
